At Treasure Coast Bahamian Connection Organization, our purpose is to foster compassionate good-will in our community, nationally, and abroad. Our aim is to improve the quality of life while serving the needs of people with tangible goods and services. Providing relief beyond one’s individual circumstances.

The Treasure Coast Bahamian Connection Organization’s vision is to improve people’s lives with essential, meaningful services; in the interim, promoting a transparent platform that informs, educates, trains, and entertains.

Our History

Founded in 2023, Treasure Coast Bahamian Connection Organization has been working tirelessly to help those in need for many years prior to becoming formally established. We hope to continue making a positive impact in our community.

Meet Our Team

Andy

President
Andy T. Williams practices in the field of Chiropractic medicine after attaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Keiser University. He specializes in musculoskeletal issues and is certified in non‐surgical spinal decompression and NeuroMed Matrix Vasomatic Electroanalgesia Pain Management Treatment. Additionally, he holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in laboratory medicine from Barry University. Dr. Williams enjoys coordinating charitable causes, and demands trust, transparency, and commitment to serving the less fortunate

Sherry

Vice President
Sherry Barr McGahee is an accomplished and accredited educator serving the Treasure Coast Community for over thirty years. As a leader in her field, Sherry has directed several Early Child Care centers (ALPI Head Start) where she’s mentored educators and parents, implemented research base assessments(ELC), and facilitated professional development programming. Sherry comes to us from Nassau Bahamas and has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. As a progressive thinker she loves finding innovative ways to drive success and new approaches to learning.

Tiffany

Secretary
Tiffany Williams is a United States Army Veteran. She works as an Accountant for a Real Estate Investment firm.  She is an engaging communicator and relationship builder with high personal standards.  She is versatile and brings with her a dedication to excellence. Prior to moving to Port St. Lucie a year ago, Tiffany was a volunteer teacher at her local church for over 25 years.

Karen

Treasurer
Karen Velilla has been a resident of St Lucie County for the past 33 years and a member of the All Nation Life Development Christian Center.  Originally from the Bahamas, Karen serves her local community by dedicating her time to her church breakfast ministry, along with serving at Sarah's kitchen and serving as a funeral coordinator. She's a firm believer in prayer and finds strength in her faith.  Her motto is don't look back, keep moving forward and upward. She finds comfort in her favorite Bible verse Psalms 32:8.

Yvonne

Chaplain
Yvonne Williams works as a Scopist in the court reporting department of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach Florida. She is a Chaplain/Pastor and Counselor in all aspects of life. Yvonne also teaches Bible study.  Her hobbies include reading, cooking, gardening, and meditation.  She is married with 5 beautiful children and 10 wonderful grandchildren.

Lloyd

Community Liaison Officer
Lloyd Constant is a State Certified General and Roofing Contractor. He owns and operates Andros Construction. His company has built and roofed over 400 homes locally since 2006.

Andy T. Williams

President
Dr. Andy T. Williams, a dedicated chiropractic professional, specializes in musculoskeletal issues. Sharmaine Clarke

Vice President
Sharmaine’s extensive experience in long-term care, at-risk youth services, and community outreach, along with her bachelor’s degree in social work, positions her well for impactful work. Her exceptional skills in case management, client assessment, and service coordination contribute to helping clients progress to the next stages of their lives. In her role as Vice President, she looks to leveraging her experience and passion for helping others to contribute to the organization’s mission and impact.

Viven Banks

Secretary
Viven’s dedication to improving lives and assisting the less fortunate is commendable. With a master’s degree in counseling, a bachelor’s in human services, and expertise in education, audits, and business startup consultations, she is well-equipped to make a positive impact. Her agency, Eden’s Promise, empowers individuals with disabilities, teaching them independence both at home and within the community. Her daily life consists of honoring God in everything she does, serving her church, husband, and family.

Kendis F. Archer

Treasurer
Dr. Kendis Archer, born to Bahamian parents and raised in a working-class family, is a proud member of the medical community. His upbringing, steeped in strong Christian faith and work ethic, instilled in him resilience and determination. Despite facing struggles early on in his academic career, he dedicated himself to the value of education and earned a medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. His commitment and perseverance in the medical field led him to pursue a career with the Department of Justice, where he now serves as the Clinical Director for the largest federal institution, overseeing critical medical operations and setting high standards for healthcare services.

Yvonne I. Williams

Chaplain
Yvonne Williams wears many hats! As a Scopist in the court reporting department of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach, Florida, she contributes to the legal process. Her role as a Chaplain/Pastor and Counselor extends to all aspects of life, providing spiritual guidance and support. Additionally, Yvonne teaches Bible study, sharing her knowledge and faith. Her hobbies—reading, cooking, gardening, and meditation—reflect her diverse interests. With a loving husband, family of five children and ten grandchildren, Yvonne’s life is rich and fulfilling.

Lloyd Constant
